Return Window

We offer a 21-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. This 21-day period includes both business and non-business days.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • New and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow the return instructions provided with your order or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Please ship your return using a carrier that provides tracking information. While optional, we also recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your package.

Important: Lincoln Values is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment and will include:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Applicable taxes paid on the order

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that processing times vary by financial institution, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
