With your Briskind bread machine, all you have to do is decide which of our fabulous recipes you want to try, and then just add ingredients and select a menu option, crust color and loaf size. The automatic bread machine will do the rest.

1. Add Ingredients

Remove the bread pan from the baking chamber.
Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed in the recipe.
Install the bread pan into the baking chamber.

2. Select Menu, Crust Color, Loaf Size & Start Bread Machine

Press MENU button to select your desired menu.
Press SIZE button to select desired loaf size from 1LB and 1.5LB. Press COLOR button to select desired crust color from Light, Medium, and Dark.*
(Optional) Press TIME+ / TIME- buttons to set delay timer.*
Press START/STOP button to start the bread machine. The bread machine will automatically take care of Mix, Knead, Ferment, Bake and Keep Warm cycles. The LCD will display a countdown timer to indicate the remaining working time.**

* The Loaf Size, Crust Color and Delay Timer adjustment function of some menus are not applicable. ** During the bread making, you can press and hold START/STOP button 3 seconds to stop the bread machine if needed.

3. Enjoy!

When bread baking is done, an audible signal 10 of long beeps will sound to remind you to remove the bread from the bread machine. Meanwhile, the bread machine will automatically switch to the “keep warm” function, and your bread will be kept warm for 60 minutes in this cycle.
